Shipping and Handling
We normally ship all orders within 24 hours, if received on a week day, Please allow a few extra days when ordering over the weekend. We use UPS shipping for most orders. If you have a P O Box, we will ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Additional fees apply for international shipments. Please contact us for an estimate, and be sure to indicate your country of residence.

Up to $25: $5.00
$25.01 - $50.00: $6.00
$50.01 - $75.00: $7.00
$75.01 - $125.00: $8.00
$125.01 and up: $10.00

Returns and Product Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with our products. If you are not happy with an item, please call our office within 10 days of the receipt of your order. We will make arrangements to replace it with another item or refund your purchase price (less shipping). Not sure about an item? We suggest you order a sample kit first. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior verbal arrangement with us.
